OVERVIEW
At Fastly, I played a key role in shaping and evolving the brand across digital, print, and event experiences. I helped establish core brand elements and templates that guided consistency and scalability, while also pushing the visual identity forward through high-impact campaigns and product launches. My work spanned from designing global event series like Xcelerate and trade show booths at RSA, to creating interactive narratives, product visuals, and educational resources, to campaign assets with extensive ad variations and testing. Altogether, my contributions strengthened Fastly’s brand presence, making complex products approachable and helping the company connect with both technical and executive audiences worldwide.

ScreenSpace Experience

An interactive story on ScreenSpace that shows how Fastly boosts app, website, and API performance, security, developer productivity, and real-time visibility—turning technical benefits into an engaging client experience.

Industry Events

Internal and external event experiences for developers and prospective customers at key industry gatherings, including RSA, KubeCon, and Fastly’s global Xcelerate series.

Xcelerate 2025 Event Series

The visual identity and assets for Fastly’s global event series, creating cohesive print, digital, and event-space materials to showcase the platform and engage attendees. Each city had a correlating color.

RSA Booth

The visual theme and supporting materials for Fastly’s presence at RSA 2025, one of the leading cybersecurity conferences. Centered on the concept “Fastly helps developers sleep better,” the booth design and peripherals translated a complex security message into a relatable, human-centered experience for industry partners.

Ad Campaigns

Worked closely with product managers to understand Fastly’s products and features, translating technical details into compelling visual campaigns that effectively communicated value to both technical and business audiences.

Client-Side Protection

Visual campaign translated from complex product and compliance content into clear, engaging visuals for Fastly’s product launch and blog resources, helping global audiences understand client-side security benefits.

Security 360

A quarter-long, security-focused campaign showcasing Fastly’s tools, features, and educational content to prospective clients. Produced 11+ ad variations with A/B testing to optimize engagement and performance.

Kubecon Ads

Subway ads for KubeCon London, using a data network map inspired by the city’s iconic Underground map. The campaign highlighted Fastly’s ability to deliver speed and security for modern web applications in a visually familiar, locally relevant way.

Website Spot Illustrations

A system of simplified platform UI visuals that could be collaged for Fastly’s website refresh—the first time the brand used product-inspired UI in marketing. These visuals were designed to help new viewers quickly understand what Fastly’s platform does while keeping a cohesive and approachable brand look across the site.
